The cold air conditioning was great, but I found trash under the bed.

During my stay, the clean room with functioning amenities, including a microwave and mini-fridge, greatly enhanced my experience. The air conditioning worked well, providing relief from the Texas heat. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, just 4.5 miles away, made it a convenient choice for my work commitments.

Maintenance issues were noticeable in some areas.

The king room was clean and had all the essentials, and the shower felt refreshing after a long day. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hitting the gym to unwind. On a minor note, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 🏊‍♂️

The room and building looked shabby!!! Trash on the grounds and dirty walls in the bathroom made for an unwelcoming environment. The fridge freezing water bottles indicates poor maintenance as well!!!

Close to the concert

So I stayed here for 2 nights to catch a concert nearby. The staff were nice, but man, the place was kinda dirty. Found some trash under the bed and old towels laying around. The breakfast was a surprise, though, and pretty decent. I just wouldn't recommend for a family stay.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and free parking. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

The staff during the day were really nice, totally different vibe than at night. Had a late check-in but was reassured multiple times that it was all good!
